The Exelida excimer module integrates the excimer lamp with an integrated reflector, lateral extractor, and external electrodes to maximize lamp life in a robust and aesthetized modular design. Custom sizes are also available, and smaller modules can be used for prototyping, tiling, or small work areas. Larger modules can sterilize larger areas with the least amount of power.
